JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 20-08-2026 Heard the parties. 2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 706 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 103(1), 61, 238, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. In the bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner was not mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition and the same has subsequently been brought on record by way of filing supplementary affidavit. 4. This Court has been finding a number of cases in which initially the antecedent is mentioned to be clean and thereafter the antecedent is mentioned in supplementary Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43846 of 2026(3) dt.20-08-2026 2/2 affidavit. This kind of practice appears to be done with a view to mislead this Court for getting bail. 5. In view of the above, this application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application mentioning the antecedent in the main bail application. 6.
