The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the petitioner has made a request to the bank for grant of education loan but in spite of request of the petitioner, the bank has not considered the request neither rejected the request of the petitioner for grant of educational loan to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the bank submits that if the direction is passed by this Court, the bank will consider and pass the appropriate order whether the petitioner is entitled to get the educational loan or not. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the respondent No.7 is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for grant of educational loan within a period of one week and to communicate the same to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 4. Accordingly, WPA 20988 of 2025 stands disposed of. 2 5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
