By an Office Memorandum dated 8th July, 2026, the Commissioner of School Education has passed a formal order requesting the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to revisit the issue of posting of the petitioner sympathetically and to take necessary action for re-recommending the name of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher of Work Education in Nagari Sudhanshubadani Sikshaniketan, Suri, Birbhum. 2 3. In view of the order passed by the Commissioner of School Education, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that the West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall take necessary steps in the matter in line with the request made by the Commissioner of School Education. 4.
