This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following relief/s : “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for it's kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the arrears of payment which the petitioner is entitled for from the date of her completion of 8 years of service. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to release the arrears of payment which the petitioners are entitled for from the date of his completion of 8 years of service. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief’s in favor of the petitioners, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioners.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner has been paid arrears of revised pay-scale. Thus, this petition has become infructuous. 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submission made by the State counsel, this petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file afresh, if any cause of action subsists or eventualities arises. 4.
