The last application made by the petitioner in the year 2022 did not materialize in her favour. 2. As considerable period of time has elapsed in the meantime, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file fresh application seeking transfer in accordance with law in the online mode. 3. In the event online mode is non-functional, then the petitioner may file his application in the prescribed format in the offline mode. 4. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from filing of the application. 5. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 2 6. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
