This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant- Anand Raj Singh, with the prayer to allow the appeal by setting aside the anticipatory bail rejection order dated 20.02.2026 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Jaunpur in Case Crime No. 200 of 2023, under Sections 380, 381, 406, 420, 465, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3(2)(VA) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Zafarabad, District Jaunpur with a further prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the appellant in the aforesaid case. 4. Since there is no representation from the side of the appellant, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
