The instant petition has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not deciding the representations filed by the petitioners for regularization/permanancy and absorption in accordance with the applicable law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners at this juncture would submit that the concerned Respondent authority may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05/05/2026 (Annexure P/6) within a time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioners and undertakes to decide the same within a period of one month. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the 3 petitioners, it is directed that the concerned Respondent authority shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05/05/2026 (Annexure P/6) within the stipulated time period in accordance with law. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall be at liberty to decide the representation on its own merits. 7.
