The petitioners herein, who were duly selected and appointed as Aawas Mitra under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, have challenged the legality, validity and correctness of the order impugned dated 31-8-2019, by which instruction has been issued to suspend the services of Aawas Mitra. 2. Mr. Neeraj Choubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, would submit that the services of the petitioners as Awas Mitra have been suspended vide the impugned order. He would further submit that the petitioners may be allowed to work as Awas Mitra by lifting the stay of their services granted on 31-8-2019. 3. Dr. Surendra Kumar Dewangan, learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the State/respondent No.1 and Mr. Jitendra Pali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3/Janpad Panchayat, Takhatpur, would oppose the writ petition and support the impugned order. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions made herein-above and also gone through the record with utmost circumspection. 3 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served if the petitioners are allowed to make a representation before the competent authority which shall be considered and decided by the said authority in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to make a representation before the State Government raising their claim which shall be considered and decided by the said authority in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
