Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1, 3 & 4 to consider the objections filed by the Petitioner dtd. 12.1.2026 at Annexure-N to provisional list dated 31/12/2025 issued by Respondent No.1, 3 and 4 at Annexure-L. b. Pass any other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her objections dated 12.01.2026 at Annexure-N filed to provisional list dated 31.12.2025 at Annexure-L submitted to the respondents has not - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20207 WP No. 2370 of 2026 been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the aforesaid objections 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her objections dated 12.01.2026 at Annexure-N filed to provisional list dated 31.12.2025 at Annexure-L and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, bearing in mind the decision of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Eswaramma M.G. Vs. State of Karnataka and another – W.P.No.13463/2025 dated 05.06.2025, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
