The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No. 56/2024. 3. It has been alleged that the informant was called by the petitioner to a dilapidated house and when she responded, she found another person with the petitioner and both committed rape upon her. 4. It has been stated by the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement that she had gone to the house of the petitioner at 10:00 p.m. and the petitioner and his friend had tried to outrage her modesty. 5. It appears that there has been a substantial dilution of the allegations made in the First Information Report and in the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6. It further appears that it was at 10:00 p.m. when the petitioner is said to have called the victim and she had gone to the dilapidated house of the petitioner which itself appears to be improbable. 7. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2024. 8. Regard being had to the above, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) ( 2026:JHHC:8977 ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POSCO Act, Jamshedpur in connection with Bagbera P.S.
