Mr. Krishnendu Bhattacharya, Ld. APP Mr. Somnath Adhikary ……for the State. Mr. Sabyasachi Banerjee, Sr. Adv. Mr. Soumya Nag Mr. Abhinav Rakshit ......for the De-facto complainant. It has been informed that charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State also opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the fact that the petitioner is a lady and charge-sheet has already been submitted, I do not intend to enter into the merits of the anticipatory bail. Petitioner within a week, if she appears before the learned Jurisdictional Court and prays for bail, the learned Jurisdictional Court will consider her bail application in accordance with the law 2 independently without being influence by any observations of this Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 3973 of 2025 is disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
