Since nothing remains to be recovered from the petitioner, the order dated 29.01.2026 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner violates any of the conditions imposed by this Court on 29.01.2026, the investigating agency will be at liberty to approach this Court for cancellation of his bail. 4.
