Learned counsel for the petitioner presses for only one relief i.e., a direction to the respondent authorities to club/consolidate the two FIRs registered with Songsak Police Station and Phulbari Police Station i.e., Songsak P.S. Case No.07/2026 and Phulbari P.S. Case No.11/2026 with the FIR registered with Araimile Police Station being P.S. Case No.19/2026. 3. In view of the aforesaid, it is made clear that this Court has not gone into any of other relief sought for by the petitioner and as such restricts itself to the relief pressed for by the petitioner. 4. Learned PP fairly on instructions states that all the three cases which are registered, are out of a common Facebook post and identical allegations. She states that the cases registered with Songsak Police Station and Phulbari Police Station will be 2026:MLHC:447 clubbed with Araimile Police Station, which was registered first in point of time and will be investigated together. Statement accepted. 5. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition, the petition stands disposed of. 6. All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
