This M.C.C. application has been filed for modification in the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by this Court in WP(227) No.68/2026. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in second line of para 13 of the order under modification, a word ‘petitioner’ has come, whereas, it should be the ‘respondent No.1’, for the reasons that the writ petition has been allowed and the impugned order was set aside DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA 2 and the respondent No.1 was at liberty to raise his grievance before the alternative forum, therefore, she prays that the said part of the order may be modified. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 has no objection with regard to the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above submissions made by the respective parties, the present M.C.C. application for modification is allowed and the word ‘petitioner’ in second line of para 13 of the order dated 06.05.2026 passed by this Court in WP(227) No.68/2026 be reads as ‘respondent No.1’ instead of ‘petitioner’ and remaining part of the order shall remain intact. 6.
