He would submit that the applicant has good case on merits and is highly interested in pursuing the matter. He would pray to restore the civil revision to its original number. 5. Heard. 6. Having considered submissions made by Mr. Pandey and reasons assigned in the application, the instant MCC for restoration of CR No. 65 of 2018 is hereby allowed. The CR No. 65 of 2018 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- payable to Library Fund, High Court Bar Association, Bilaspur. 7.
