Learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for modification of FIR being Howrah P.S. Case No.223 of 2025 dated 19th May, 2025. 2. State respondents are represented by learned advocates. 3. If petitioner has grievance with regard to FIR drawn up by the concerned police authority based on the complaint lodged, in that event, petitioner needs to approach jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of BNSS. 4. In view of availability of alternative remedy under Section 175(3) BNSS, present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy. 6.
