The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to arrange the conditional deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. He further submitted that as the amount is huge and the petitioner's family is in a highly indigent and poor condition, with no one to financially assist him to comply with the condition order. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the Petitioner is unable to comply the conditional order of this Court. A perusal of the order reveals that such condition was imposed only based upon the voluntarily statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Hence, there are no grounds to modify the condition and this Court does not find any reason to modify the condition. 6.
