The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 06.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5797 of 2026 is totally relaxed.
