I.A. No. 2 of 2026 has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes in relation to the subject matter of the petition by entering into a Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2026. It is submitted that in terms of the said settlement, the petitioner has agreed to withdraw the present writ petition. It is further submitted that since the disputes between the parties now stand settled, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, permission is sought to withdraw the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondents have no objection if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition. 4. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of I.A. No. 2 of 2026, this Court is satisfied that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and the petitioner no longer wishes to prosecute the present writ 3 petition. Since the respondents have also expressed no objection to the prayer made in the application, I.A. No. 2 of 2026, deserves to be allowed. 5. Accordingly, I.A. No. 2 of 2026 is allowed. 6.
