Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has filed this writ petition only on the ground that appeal preferred by petitioner on 20.11.2025 is not considered and decided by the appellate authority till date and therefore direction be issued to the appellate authority to consider and decide the appeal at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the appellate authority appears to be 02 months old and it will be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned appellate authority to take decision on the appeal submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
