It transpires that on 13.01.2026, when the matter was listed for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informed that the sole SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 petitioner died and he sought time to file necessary application. However, till date, no application for substitution of LRs has been filed and, even, today nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called twice. 2.
