The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1Issue a Writ in the nature of Certiorari and quash the Notice dated 05/06/2026 and all 3 proceedings pursuant thereto pending before the Chhattisgarh State women Commission, Raipur (C.G) 10.2 Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 2 to desist from exercising jurisdiction over matters that are purely commercial and civil in nature; 10.3 Hon'ble court may further be please to hold that the Chhattisgarh State Women Commission lacks jurisdiction to entertain complaints arising out of settled commercial disputes where the complainant is not a direct party to the underlying transaction. 10.4 Award costs of this petition to the Petitioners; 10.5 Pass such other order(s) and direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case..” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the entire family has been issued notice dated 05.06.2026 by the Chhattisgarh State Women Commission, Raipur (C.G.), without jurisdiction or competence. It is further submitted that even those family members who have no concern with the commercial dispute between the parties have been issued notices. Accordingly, the present petition has been filed seeking quashment of the notice dated 05.06.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 submits that notice has already been issued to the petitioners, and they have been afforded full opportunity to file their reply before the Chhattisgarh State Women Commission, Raipur (C.G.), so as to place the true and correct facts before the Commission. It is further submitted that no order of any nature has yet been passed by the Commission. Therefore, the present writ petition is premature and is liable to be dismissed on that ground. 4 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition is premature. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the notice dated 05.06.2026 along with the complaint, it appears that the dispute raised in the complaint primarily pertains to certain commercial transactions. However, while issuing the impugned notice, the family members of the petitioners, who do not appear to be connected with the said transactions, have also been called upon to appear before the Commission. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct that only Smt. Rekha Manish Patel and her husband, Shri Manish Rajivbhai Patel, shall appear before the Chhattisgarh State Women Commission, Raipur (C.G.), and submit their respective replies to the notice issued to them. Upon receipt of such replies, the Commission shall consider the matter in accordance with law and thereafter pass an appropriate order. So far as the notices issued to the other petitioners/family members are concerned, the requirement of their appearance before the Commission is hereby dispensed with. 6.
