APP Ms. Rima Banerjee … for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for seven months and has been implicated for the murder of her husband. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the statement of the mother of the deceased. Having regard to the same, prima facie, a picture has been portrayed that the incident was held on certain grave provocation. Having considered the same, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Pampa Roy shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Malda. If on bail, the petitioner shall also make herself physically available on each and every date so fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the district of Malda without prior permission of the learned trial court.
