The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Guardianship Case No.17 of 2024 under Sections 6 read with Section 13 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 from the Court of the learned District Judge, Purulia to the Court of the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah. 2. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she along with her child is residing at Ridhi Sidhi Apartment, Flat No. 202, 8 K.M. Bhattacharjee Street, P.O. – Serampore, P.S. – Serampore, Hooghly, PIN-712 201 (original residence of the minor child). 3. On the other hand the husband/opposite party is residing at D-72 Santaldih Town Ship, P.O.- Santaldih Thermal Plant, P.S.-Santaldih, Purulia, PIN-723 146. 2 4. Considering the said difficulty of the petitioner/wife to travel to Purulia on regular basis, this Court relying upon the order dated 27.03.2026 in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Guardianship Case No.17 of 2024 be withdrawn from the Court of the learned District Judge, Purulia and be transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah. 5. The learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah, shall proceed with the case in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 6. Keeping in mind the case of the petitioner herein, the learned District Judge, Hooghly at Chinsurah, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 7. CO 2239 of 2026 stands disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
