The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Notice of motion. 3. On asking of the Court, Mr. Anmol Pratap Singh Mann, Additional Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the legal notice dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of three weeks. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 30.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from today.
