The petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga, to dispose of Crl.Misc.No.92/2024, vide Annexure-C, filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible or pass other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice. 5. Counsel for the petitioner in presenting her arguments strenuously urged that Crl. Misc. was filed in 2024 and proceedings ought to have been completed within 60 days. However, it is pending for almost two years. She submits that the case is posted on 23.07.2026. Hence, a direction may be issued to Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga to dispose of the Crl.Misc.No.92/2024 within an outer limit of one month from 23.07.2026. 6. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 7. A perusal of the records reflects that Section 14 petition was filed in 2024. Now we are in the month of July, 2026. It is almost two years and the case is pending, hence, a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:36047 WP No. 1042 of 2026 gentle request is made to Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Chitradurga to dispose of the Crl.Misc.No.92/2024 within an outer limit of one month from 23.07.2026. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Since a gentle request is made to the Court to dispose of the case, there is no need to issue notice to the respondents.
