This writ petition at the instance of an alleged tenant assails action taken by the respondent Bank under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2. Actions taken by secured creditor under the 2002 Act are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the said Act. This writ petition, therefore, cannot be entertained. 3. WPA 16164 of 2026 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the relevant Debts Recovery Tribunal strictly in accordance with law. No costs. 4.
