JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 27/02/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal filed on their behalf was allowed by the Tax Board vide order dated [2026:RJ-JP:9327-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-8987/2025] 18.09.2023. Thereafter the application was filed on behalf of the petitioner before the concerned authority for refund of the pre- deposit, which has not been decided as yet and therefore a limited prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to direct the concerned authority to decide the aforesaid application expeditiously. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, we deem it just and proper to direct the concerned authority to decide the application filed on behalf of the petitioner for refund of the pre-deposit within a period of 20 days of receiving a certified copy of this order.
