The petitioner is an accused in connection with Manatu P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the Police and on his disclosure 652 live cartridges were recovered from inside a rock. 4. It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025. 5. Although the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents but regard being had to the period of custody and the fact that there is no possibility of the trial being concluded in the near future, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Manatu P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, subject to the condition that he shall appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
