(ii) Upon showing no cause or insufficient cause further be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ writ, order/ orders, direction/directions upon the respondents particularly respondent no.4-Circle 2026:JHHC:9280 2 Officer, Dumri to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner situated in Mouza Matiyobera, Thana No.113, Khata No.01, Plot No.78, area 63.00 acres. (iii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Circle Officer, Dumri, District Giridih, to conduct measurement of the land measuring 5 acres 15 decimals, appertaining to Mouza Matiobeda, P.S. No.113, Halka No.01, Account No.01, Plot No.78, having a total recorded area of 63 acres, within a stipulated time frame. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the private respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the property, which according to the petitioner belongs to him. 4. The relief which the petitioner is seeking cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5. The petitioner should approach the Civil Court for redressal of his grievances. 6.
