[ Mr. Satyam Mukherjee Ms. Debomita Biswas …for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the applicant in revocation proceeding praying for direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Misc. (Revo) No. 25 of 2018 expeditiously. The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the revocation proceeding is pending from the year 2018 and a direction should be passed to dispose of the same expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 30th July, 2026 is fixed for evidence of the defendant’s witness. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite party. However the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. In the light of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas, to make all endeavour to dispose of the Misc. (Revo) case No. 25 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
