1. The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 275/2026, registered at Police Station – Civil Line Rampur, Korba, District – Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 296, 115(2), 351(3), 324(2), 109(1), 191(2) and 333 of the BNS.
2. The Registry has reported that the present bail application suffers from various defaults, and it appears that the bail application has been filed by the applicant on 24.06.2026 and the time was given to the applicant to remove the defaults as per Rules, but till date counsel for the applicant did not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to the applicant to file afresh after curing the defaults.
