The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Act VIII Case no.25 of 2025 under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure from the Court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman to the Court of the learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Hooghly.
4. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she is residing with her child at Uttaraian, Chinsurah, P.O. and P.S. Chinsurah, Hooghly, Pin-712102.
5. On the other hand the husband/opposite party is residing at Jagatberh, Sripally, P.O. Sripally, P.S. Purba Burdwan, District- Purba Burdwan, Pin-
713103.
6. Considering the said difficulty of the petitioner/wife having a minor child, to travel to Purba Burdwan on regular basis, this Court relying upon the order dated 27.03.2026 in CO

4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors. directs that Act VIII Case no. 25 of 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman and be transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Hooghly.
7. The learned District Judge, Hooghly, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.
8. Keeping in mind the case of the petitioner herein, the learned District Judge, Hooghly, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made.
9. CO 1654 of 2026 stands disposed of.
10. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.
11. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
