Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.03.2026 to issue patta on his favour for the land in Survey No.326/9, Hullathi Village, Udhagamandalam Taluk, Nilgiris District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 16644 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 6.
