The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bhawanathpur PS Case No. 137/2025. It has been alleged that miscreants had looted the motorcycle and mobile of the informant on the point of pistol. It appears that the petitioner has been identified in the Test Identification Parade and several looted articles were recovered in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025 in which the petitioner has been granted bail as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Spl.P.P. submits that case of one of the co-accused namely Prince Kumar Singh has already been rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 11708 of 2025. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 14.09.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Bhawanathpur PS Case No. 137/2025.
