In spite of specific direction to file reply, vide an order dated 13.05.2026, the petitioner has not filed any reply. 2. None appears for the opposite party on call. 3. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Miscellaneous Case (Act-VIII) No. 17 of 2025 from the Court of the Learned 1st Additional District Judge at Barasat to the Court of Learned District Judge, Alipore at South 24 Parganas. 4. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Miscellaneous Case has been filed 1 2 in the Court of Learned 1st Additional District Judge at Barasat by the husband/opposite party herein. 5. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Jadubhatta Sarani, 2nd Bye Lane, Madhya Durganagar, P. O. Rabindranagar, P. S. Nimta, Kolkata 700065, currently residing at 32/2, Sontoshpur East Road, Kolkata - 700075 with her minor child of 3 years. 6. In view of this Court’s order dated 27.03.2026 in CO 4128 of 2024 Miscellaneous Case (Act-VIII) No. 17 of 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of Learned 1st Additional District Judge at Barasat and be transferred to the Court of Learned District Judge, Alipore at South 24 Parganas. 7. Learned District Judge, Alipore at South 24 Parganas shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 8. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned District Judge, Alipore at South 24 Parganas shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 9.
