Heard Sri Santhosh Gogi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This Court by considered judgment dated 19.08.2025 dismissed the appeal filed by the review petitioner on merits. Grounds urged in the review petition are in the nature of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34386 RP No. 432 of 2025 challenging the order of this Court on merits for which the forum lies elsewhere. 3. Accordingly, there is no scope for review of the order dated 19.08.2025 passed in RSA No.1560/2022, as there is no error apparent on record. 4. Accordingly, review petition dismissed. 5. However, if review petitioner/defendant No.2 in O.S. No.223/2015 has got any independent right, he may work out his remedy in a duly constituted proceedings in accordance with law. Needless to emphasise that if any such proceedings are initiated, the respondents in this review petition who are the plaintiffs before the trial Court are also entitled to put forward all possible defences.
