Learned State counsel pointed out that the petitioner is on anticipatory bail. It is further pointed out that this Court has already dismissed the petitions filed on behalf of co-accused in CRMP No. 1761/2026 and 1764/2026 and the petition filed on behalf of the present petitioner being CRMP No.1798/2026 and the present case is also similar to aforesaid petitions. 4. Considering the fact that this Court has already dismissed the petitions filed by the co-accused in CRMP No. 1761/2026 and 1764/2026 and the petition filed on behalf of the present petitioner being CRMP No.1798/2026 and the present case is also similar to aforesaid petitions, the present petition also stands dismissed on this ground alone.
