Venkata Rama Sarma, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that in view of the interim order dated 29.12.2017 passed by this Court, the 3 petitioners continued in the service of the respondent Corporation and subsequently, they retired from service on attaining the superannuation age. Therefore, he submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare has also acceded to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the above said submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
