Petitioner has filed this petition for commanding respondent no.2 to consider the case of petitioner for allotment of residential plot in any suitable place in accordance with the Rural Rehabilitation Policy for the oustees of Tehri Dam Project. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that petitioner has already moved his representation seeking redressal of his grievance and the same may be directed to be decided. 6. The prayer made is innocuous and deserves to be accepted. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondent no.2-Director, Tehri Dam Project is directed to decide the petitioner’s representation dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure No.8) by passing a reasoned and speaking order giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
