Tripathy, learned AGA for State - opposite parties. 2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no ‘Kha’ form was issued to him on 19th June, 2025, but the same was issued on 5th January, 2026 only along with the notice under Annexure-1. 3. However the petitioner seeks permission to approach the appellate authority in accordance with law. As such the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority within a period of 30 days from today. In the event the appeal is preferred within such period, the question of limitation shall be considered liberally and till then or till filing of appeal, whichever is earlier, the petitioner may not be evicted from the case land. 4.
