ORAL ORDER
1. On the allegation that certain irregularities had taken place in respondent no.2-Society, petitioner made a representation to respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 with a prayer to examine the said irregularities and also to conduct necessary elections for respondent no.2-Society. As the same was not conducted, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
"a) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents herein to conduct election by appointing an Administrator as per Annexure-B in pursuant to the Annexure-A and after following the procedure. b) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 3 to pass an appropriate order on considering the Annexure-B dated 10.06.2026. c) Pass such other incidental or consequential relief as the circumstance of the case warrants in the ends of the justice."

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 as well as learned AGA upon instructions submit that, subsequent to filing of complaint by the petitioner in the year 2023, election to respondent no.2-Society has been conducted and the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Further, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the allegations made by the petitioner about irregularities committed by the erstwhile Board of Directors of respondent no.2-Society will be considered in accordance with law.
4. For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition stands
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the allegations made by the petitioner in accordance with law and initiate suitable action.
