Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. The petitioner is an Industrial Development Officer (in short “IDO”) under the Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of West Bengal. He has been in service since November 10, 2010. He has been transferred from his present place of posting on June 10, 2026 by way of a transfer order which covers several other workers. He had made a representation to the respondent no. 2 seeking deferment or at least consideration of his transfer by way of review as he has a medical condition. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved that prayer for re- consideration and/or review of the transfer posting has not been considered. 2 4. Since the last representation has been made on July 7, 2026 by the petitioner to the respondent no. 2 and is pending consideration, I direct the respondent no. 2 to consider such representation for re- consideration/review of the transfer order by July 31, 2026 and convey the resultant order to the petitioner forthwith. 5. In the meantime, if the release order is given, the petitioner will join the new place of posting without prejudice to his rights and contentions as set forth in the letter of representation. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There will be no order as to costs. 8.
