Perused the record. 3. Since the petitioners have not submitted their explanation to the notice, dated 16.04.2018, the respondents have issued cancellation proceedings vide Rc.B/560/2013, dated 14.05.2018. Further, the Sarpanch of S Amaravaram Village has conducted Grama Sabha on 24.05.2018 at 11 a.m., and allotted assignment pattas to eligible beneficiaries. 4. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the cancellation proceedings, dated 14.05.2018. 5. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
