At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in these petitions are no longer res integra and both the petitions are squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions leading case of which being WPS No. 1772 of 2018 parties being Rajni Kumari Jatashankar vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others which was decided on 27.09.2019. 2. In the light of the submission made herein-above this Court is of the opinion that both the petitions are squarely covered with the judgment rendered by this Court in WPS No. 1772 of 2018 decided on 27.09.2019 in case of Rajni Kumari Jatashankar vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others. 3. Accordingly, both the petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the case of Rajni Kumari Jatashankar (supra).
