ORAL ORDER Sri.M.R.Shailendra, counsel for the petitioner and Smt.H.R.Renuka, counsel for the respondent appeared in person.
2. This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (i) Direct issue of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction as the case may be directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal memorandum dated 01.08.2025 (Annexure-C) filed by the petitioner before the first respondent appellate authority within a reasonable time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, with a further direction, directing the respondents to grant all consequential benefits.

(ii) Pass such other orders just and expedient in the circumstance of the case, including the award of costs.
3. The petitioner's grievance is that he has filed the appeal on 01.08.2025 and the same has not been disposed of as of today.
4. Taking note of the grievance, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the appeal within two weeks after the next board meeting.
5. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
