Though, learned counsel for the respondent undertaken to file vakalath for the respondent, the same is also not filed. This Court also directed learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish copy of the revision petition on the counsel for respondent, but the copy is also not served on the learned counsel for the respondent. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010692532023 NC: 2026:KHC:36101 CRL.RP No. 1695 of 2023 C/W CRL.RP No. 1696 of 2023 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner was also absent on the previous date of occasion and learned counsel appearing for the respondent made the submission that petitioner has not complied with the conditional order. Hence, this Court directed learned counsel for the petitioner to report compliance on the next date of hearing and also made it clear that, if the counsel fails to appear on the next date of hearing, the revision petitions will be dismissed. Inspite of this observation being made on the previous occasion, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Having taken note of the fact that these revision petitions are filed against the judgment of conviction by the Trial Court and confirmation by the First Appellate Court and conditional order was not complied with and even not complied with the direction to execute the bond before the Trial Court in compliance of Section 436-A of Cr.P.C. 4. Under the circumstances, I do not find any ground to entertain these revision petitions, since the revision petitions are also not admitted and also not complied with the - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010692532023 NC: 2026:KHC:36101 CRL.RP No. 1695 of 2023 C/W CRL.RP No. 1696 of 2023 conditional order passed by this Court and also not pursuing the revisions. Accordingly, the revision petitions are dismissed. In view of dismissal of the petitions, I.A.No.1/2023 in Crl.R.P.No.1695/2023 also do not survive for consideration.
