Sl.10 16.07.2026 Court No.6 BP C.O. 2247 of 2026 Nilanjan Nath -versus- Dolon Nath None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the husband praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 1312 of 2019 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 8th May, 2026 was fixed for further cross- examination of P.W.1. In view thereof, C.O. 2247 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to make an endeavour to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 1312 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the matrimonial suit is pending from the year 2019. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
