No. 19742 of 2016. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K. Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the main writ petition was disposed of on 12.05.2023 and that the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court dated 12.05.2023 passed in W.P. No. 19742 of 2016. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that, after disposal of the main writ petition, the 1st respondent has complied with the orders of this Court dated 12.05.2023 passed in W.P. No. 19742 of 2016. 4. To substantiate his submission, learned counsel for the 1st respondent placed before this Court the proceedings of the Principal, University College of Engineering, Kakinada (Autonomous), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, vide Proc. No. C2/MVR- GL/RPF4/4/2023, dated 30.12.2023. 5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main writ petition has been disposed of on 12.05.2023 4 and that the respondents have complied with the said orders dated 12.05.2023, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
