None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Tamluk to dispose of Title Suit No. 129 of 2018 expeditiously. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 28th August, 2026 has been fixed for peremptory hearing of the suit by an order dated 18th May, 2026. In view thereof, C.O. 2258 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Tamluk to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 129 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2018. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
